Building Together:

Marble United Methodist Church is building a welcoming neighborhood of hope and faith, where all may experience God’s love and grace. Standing as a cornerstone of the City of Milan, Michigan, we define our welcome to include everyone regardless of age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, family or economic status, education or abilities. We affirm that all people are created as God intended us, and that all of us have a sacred worth that Christ died to protect. Our goal is to nurture a community of peace, to love each other as we are, to see beyond our faults and failings, and to look for the value that God has planted in each of us. We commit ourselves to growing that seed of faith and becoming the good neighbors that Jesus calls us to be. We’re building this neighborhood to be a home to the lost, a refuge to the traveler, shelter to the fearful, and a light for anyone who is weighed down by darkness.
We invite you to help in this mission because we don’t always see the path ahead. We seek your perspective to help us build this sacred place. Together, in faith, we can learn how to live in the world that God has promised for us all. Right here and right now!
